We live near the beach in central Florida, about 90 minutes drive from Disney and all the tourist attractions. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our daughter and her three children live across the street and would be available for advice. Our home is three bedroom/two bath with a pool, hot tub and fireplace in master bedroom. Mark is an IT consultant and owns his own business. Cheryl is a Nurse-midwife. have We have been married 40 years. Our church is about five miles away. It is interdenominational and very warm and welcoming. We want to travel to either England or Italy in 2010 for a home exchange.

About our home

Our home is in a family friendly safe neighborhood. We have a screened pool and hot tub. The master bedroom has a huge library of mostly christian books and a cozy romantic sitting area in front of our bedroom fireplace. There's a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a blow up mattress can go in the office/computer room if more sleeping space needed. We recently remodeled and put in a brand new kitchen. We have free WIFI, use of printer and office equipment, but we will be taking our laptops with us on vacation. There is TV and DVD player available. This is a great place for families or just couples.

Our home is located at the end of a street in a suburban residential neighborhood. We are about 3 miles from beautiful sandy Atlantic beaches with public access. Restaurants in our coastal town are considered world class. You will need a car to get around. Possible car exchange may be arranged. Our grown daughter and children live across the street and they have outdoor playground equipment available including swings, basketball and bikes. They are home schooled and would love to meet children from other countries. This is also a great home for just couples - the grandkids won't bother you if you are looking for romance and privacy. Our church is about 5 minutes drive from our home. It is a wonderful warm christian church. We can leave info. on our church or many other fine churches in the area.

We are a married couple, celebrating our 40th year of marriage in 2010. Mark is a computer person and owns a computer/consulting business near the beach. Cheryl is a nurse-midwife/nurse-practitioner. She works in an Obstetric/gynecology office which also provides cosmetic laser services. We have been christians for as long as we can remember. Our grown daughter and her family of three kids, ages 6,8, &10 live across the street and are available for questions. We love to travel, meet new people, read books and take long walks on the beach. P.S. We have 8 chickens living in a coop in our backyard which will supply jumbo brown organic eggs for you every morning. Don't worry, they don't crow and someone else feeds and waters them.
