Twin Waters is in the center of the Sunshine Coast, only 10 minutes drive to Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, 25 minutes to Noosa and 1 hour to Brisbane. It is the perfect location to experience a multitude of holiday options. Dozens of wild kangaroos grazing on the local golf course can be seen just a few minutes walk from our home and we are close to some fabulous unspoilt stretches of golden sand beaches. The Sunshine Coast has numerous restaurants, excellent shopping, nature activities, fishing, surfing, diving, kayaking, sailing, whale watching, amazing bird and wildlife, Steve Irwin's ‘Australia Zoo’, Fraser Island, Underwater World and so on. All this in year-round near perfect weather. For more information on the Sunshine Coast please visit www.tourismsunshinecoast.com.au

We are a mature, semi-retired couple and have just completed our 32nd home swap in New Zealand. The exchange concept has given us many opportunities to explore some fabulous parts of the world, often far off the beaten track, and to meet and become friends with some lovely people. We have one cat, Bailey, and we would be happy to care for any pets in an exchange home. We are open to offers throughout the world and prefer simultaneous exchanges. Unfortunately our home is not suitable for children.
